How it works
From booking to a rated visit in three steps.
- 01
Book online in minutes
Homeowners pick a fixed-price visit and pay online. Businesses get an instant quote priced per heat pump.
- 02
We match a local specialist
HeyTech assigns a vetted partner engineer who covers your postcode and knows your manufacturer.
- 03
Fixed, documented, rated
Your engineer works from the manufacturer manual, records everything, and you rate the visit afterwards.
Why homeowners choose a specialist.
Specialists only
Heat pumps are all we do. No installs to upsell, just servicing and repair done properly.

Every visit is rated. Engineers below 4.0 get less work, or leave the network.

Manufacturer service notes are attached to each job automatically.
